Today's lecture was interesting. This is because I was grouped with some classmates knowing which personality types they were. We were assigned five to a table and were required to interact. The results were fascinating.

- Three of us were guardians and two of us were rational.
- The rational people in the group were more inclined to be strict when managing a group, while the guardians tend to be more lenient and forgiving.
- Guardians make better listeners, rationals are better advisors.
- Guardians prefer harmony, rationals prefer to be right.
With the brief observations I've made during the 15 minute conversation, I learned a lot how to better understand people.
